Welcome to the Gleaners’ site for OMD 603, Leadership and Organizational Theory, Fall 2009.
The Gleaners are Tracey Anderson, Angie Bors, and Brenda Bouillerce.

We chose Whole Foods as the organization to provide context for describing six levels of leadership.  We do this by providing you with an internal job board:  Whole Foods currently has six open positions for which we have six applicants. Each candidate is uniquely suited for one of our open positions.
Your job is to interview the candidates and determine the best fit: 

• Dan the Diplomat
• Miguel the Expert
• Anna  the Achiever
• Niall the Individualist
• Aliana the Strategist
• Alessandra the Alchemist (construct-aware)

When you meet with each applicant, they will tell you a bit about themselves. Then you will ask each of them three questions about how they think, act, and are.  Once you have met and interviewed everyone, you will match each applicant with their best fit position.
